Executive Director
Our Executive Director is the leader of Leaders of Today. He is the manager of leaders of today and is the everyday operator of the organization. Jordan along with the Board of Directors makes decisions about how the organization should operate.
Jordan Reeves - Founder / Chief Pathmaker
Jordan is the founder and current Executive Director of Leaders of Today Central Ohio. Jordan serves his Central Ohio community by sitting on various boards around the area including multiple civic associations and local nonprofit organizations. Jordan has a passion for students and has a mission to tell students all across the country to dream big and let them know that they are the Leaders of Today.
President
In consultation with the executive director and board members, the board president sets short- and long-term goals to ensure the organization is mission-centered and outcome-oriented. The President leads our committee meetings and also communicates what goes on in meetings with the Executive Director.
Madison Voinovich - The Helping Hand
Madison is a graduate of The Ohio State University (tOSU) with a B.A. in Psychology and minors in Human Nutrition and Substance Misuse & Addiction. Outside of her time with Leaders of Today, Madison is a Clinical Research Assistant at tOSU Wexner Medical Center, working with a team to develop and test an app that uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions to improve quality of life among advanced cancer patients.
Treasurer
A nonprofit treasurer is the lead board director of financial management and oversight. The Treasurer manages cash flow and reconciles bank statements.
Jeremy Reeves - Money Mamba
Jeremy is a banker at Heatland bank. He is also a high School track coach. Jeremy is devoted to helping the youth in Columbus become the best selves that they can be.
Secretary
Our Secretary helps keeps records of what goes on in our organization. This includes meeting minutes, corporate records, and other organizational records.
Faith Strapp - Jack of all Trades
Faith was born and raised in Columbus Ohio. She comes from a big family with 7 older siblings. She grew up as an athlete and fortunately gets to continue that journey as a member of the Ohio State club softball team. She is an tOSU graduate with her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is currently finishing up her Masters degree in Social Work. She loves learning about how experience can shape a person and using that knowledge to create an inclusive environment around her.
Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors meets quarterly to make decisions about how Leaders of Today should function. Our Board of Directors makes sure that Leaders of Today is functioning within the law and our bylaws.

Gigi Bix
Passionate Peacemaker
Gigi is a student of The Ohio State University (tOSU) pursuing her B.A in Public Affairs, with minors in Civic Engagement and International Business. Outside of Leaders of Today, Gigi serves as the president of Students for Better Schools and futures, education advocacy club at tOSU, and is a recent TedX speaker. She is passionate about showing students their full potential, and instilling in them that they are capable of great things.

Allie Grosik
Boho Queen
Allie is an author, youth leader, and YouTuber with a background in counseling. She loves thrifting, reading, traveling, and all things artsy. She is passionate about helping students of all ages reach mental, social/emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Issy Peterson
Social Sensei
As a lifelong leader, her passion for leadership began in 2017 after doing mission work in the Dominican Republic. There she discovered her love for working closely with people, especially young people, and dreams of helping anyone she can. She has taken the leadership skills she has developed throughout the years and implemented them into her daily life.
