Our Mission

To help fund students' ages 14-25 efforts to better the Central Ohio community; giving them the ability to develop initiatives that bring together and improve the lives of those in our community.

Our Vision

To build a network of leaders, encouraging them to use the lessons learned while working with Leaders of Today to continue to positively impact their communities. Building young leaders of their own, teaching them the importance of continued giving of time, resources, and talents; creating a ripple effect that will last for generations.

Our Values

At Leaders of Today, we are built upon 7 core principles. These 7 values are what we base all of our decisions on. If something is not generous, provokes community leadership, networking, teamwork, and innovation as well as includes an element of fun, we do not do it. We encourage our students to include these 7 values in their projects.
